Protecting Yourself Against Manmade Electromagnetic Fields

Do you know what you’re surrounded by right now?

Many things, sure, but something that is harmful for all of us, and they keep making it worse…

EMFs = electromagnetic fields

I do specifically mean the man made EMFs, not frequencies that show up naturally in nature.

There are many sources of manmade EMFs, such as:

– New cars (all of those sensors)
– Anything bluetooth
– Your phone, tablet, laptop, etc
– The tracking chips you can apply to stuff so you don’t lose it (or rather, so you find it if you lose it)
– The phone wristwatches
– Microwave ovens
– Cell towers
– Smart Meters
– Any “smart” device – smart TVs, smart thermostats…
– Devices that “connect to your phone” (which even includes weight scales, vacuum cleaners, and
– Wifi Routers
– Wireless anything – speakers, mouse, keyboard, headphones, etc
– Electric blankets
– Beds clock radios
– Baby monitors
– Power lines
– Dirty Electricity (there are products to help with that as well with the companies I mention below)
– Wired headsets (that’s why I only use air tube headphones)

Honestly, the list goes on, it’s pretty insane how normalized it’s been and how inundated we are with this crap.

I know, I know, there are still people thinking that if it is so readily available, then it must be ok.

And honestly, we all have to never think that way again, just look at the crap sold in grocery stores, for gardening, for babies, etc.

So here is a list of health problems caused by / connected to EMF exposure:

As per this paper, long term exposure elevates the risk of Alzheimer’s
– Messing up neurotransmitters which can lead to increased anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, as per this study in the Journal of Chemical Neuroanatomy
– Negative effects on semen like in this study and this study which of course translates to male infertility issues
– Hormonal issues for women leading to things such as PCOS/PCOD as per this study
– Increased mold issues because of the effects of EMFs on mold and bacteria
– Worsened Lyme Disease symptoms like in the studies here and here
Disrupting the blood brain barrier, making us more susceptible to all the toxins we get exposed to as well

The quick list of EMF harm is:

– headaches
– fatigue
– difficulty concentrating
– neurological issues
– reproductive issues
– cancer

… and pretty much everything in between (and there are so many more studies on it).

And let’s keep in mind that when we were still at 2G, California “firefighters have gotten exemptions to have cell towers on or adjacent to their facilities.”

The short of it, firefighters were aware of the ill effects from EMFs from cell towers at 2G (back in the early 2000s), and in California they were able to stop them.

And that was at 2G, we’re at 5G now which is exponentially worse.

And I know, I KNOW, the next thing some people will tell me is that there are safety standards…

Because no, the concerns are not just heat, are not just short term, peak radiation exposure do have a big impact, and fetuses and children are definitely more vulnerable.

So what can we do about EMFs?

– Limit using the things that expose you to EMFs
– That includes not having your phone in your bedroom or at least turning it on airplane mode
– Fight against cell towers, there are communities that win against these cellular tower companies
– Use EMF protection
– At the very least, turn off the 5G on your phone (on iPhone in settings, cellular, choose “use only LTE”)
– Don’t put devices on you or in your pocket (unless you have a shield)
– Put your router on a timer so it’s off at night (we don’t need our devices when we sleep)

EMF protection leads into a whole slew of options and variations.

EMFs can be blocked or modulated.

Modulating EMFs means changing the wave.

Everything is frequency, the frequencies have specific wavelengths, and it is the wavelength that determines if something is harmful, neutral, or healthy.

For EMF blocking options, I use Defender Shield and Shield Your Body products.

The things I use most are the gloves, the scarf, the laptop pad, and air tube headphones.

For EMF modulation, I use Aires Tech.

Aires Tech has amazing research, and is going above and beyond in helping create EMF-safe spaces.

I ALWAYS wear my Aires Tech pendant (except in the shower or sauna), and I have their product for laptops/phones/tablets as well.

Now, I know the modulation products throw people because we can’t test them like we can the products that block EMFs.

At that point, I refer you back to their studies. It’s impressive!

Like I said, EMFs are a huge topic, and we can’t stick our heads in the sand about it.

For now, start with getting yourself and your family protected.

And no, we don’t do this stuff from a place of fear.

Just as I know I need to drink clean water, and have a filter to make sure of that, I know my body doesn’t like EMFs, and I use products to support my body from that side.
