Ingredients:
1 cup applesauce
1 cup almond meal
3 tablespoon coconut flour
3 tablespoon psyllium husks
2 tablespoon green banana flour
3 tablespoon melted butter
1 teasoon cinnamon
1/2 teasoon baking soda
1 egg
2 teasoon vanilla extract
1/4 teasoon liquid stevia
2 tablespoon milk (cow, goat…)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (up to 1 cup if you want)
1 bar dark chocolate chopped (I use 85%)
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Directions:
Put everything in a bowl and mix.
Grease a cookie sheet, or line it with parchment paper.
With a teaspoon put little heaps of dough onto the cookie sheet. I do not shape them, I like them like muffin tops. Or, you could also use a mini muffin pan, if you prefer that.
Bake for about 25 minutes (can vary depending on your oven).
