Ingredients:
4 cups Buckwheat flour
2 tsp Yeast
The tip of a knife covered with honey (it’s for the yeast, not you)
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
2 Eggs
About 1 1/2 c water
Sunflower or sesame seeds for sprinkling on top
Directions:
Put the flour in a mixing bowl, add the yeast and stir. Add all other ingredients, except water, and combine.
Add 1 cup of water, stir with a spatula or wooden spoon, gradually add more water until the dough is smooth. Flour is always different, so the amount of water will vary.
Let the dough rest for about 1 hour (longer is fine as well). Put the dough in the greased or parchment paper lined pan, sprinkle with seeds of your choice.
Let rest for another hour.
Bake at 330º F for about 1 hour 10 minutes.
Insert a toothpick, if any dough is still sticking to it, leave the bread in the oven for a couple of minutes longer and re-test with a toothpick.
