GRAIN-FREE & SUGAR-FREE RECIPES

Back in 2012 I started eating grain free and sugar free. This was literally the most revolutionary change I’ve ever made to my health. By making this “simple” change, all of my symptoms from Fibromyalgia disappeared. I have to admit, this was a very hard change initially. Not knowing what to eat instead, having very few recipes cater to this need, and even the recipes that were almost there still tended to have ingredients I couldn’t eat. A few months after I started eating this way, my family followed suit. This lead to amazing health changes for all of us. From weight loss to mental clarity and greater endurance for sports, etc.

I have collected some of the recipes my family enjoys the most for you to try as well. Any recipe that has ever crossed my path, I end up changing it as I go. Please feel free to do the same! We also have the habit of naming different recipes after the people that introduced us to the recipe. Just bear with me on this, please. Any of the photos you see of these recipes, there are no filters, there is nothing added in any way to make it look more attractive. It simply is what it is.
