Health Unlimited Recipes - Tapioca Rolls

Being from Germany, we really love our breads and rolls. These rolls, because of the psyllium husk, have very a nice consistency. They are great fresh, but you can also toast them if you want to emjoy them a couple of days later.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 c tapioca flour
1/2 c psyllium husks
1 Tblsp. coconut flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
Mix dry ingredients with spatula
1 egg
1/4 c olive oil
2/3 c milk

Directions:

Mix everything by hand or with mixer. If the dough is too firm add more milk (little by little). Form rolls on baking sheet by hand. Bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes.
