
Being from Germany, we really love our breads and rolls. These rolls, because of the psyllium husk, have very a nice consistency. They are great fresh, but you can also toast them if you want to emjoy them a couple of days later.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup Tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup Psyllium husks
- 1 tbsp. Coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
- Mix dry ingredients with spatula
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2/3 cup Milk
Directions:
- Mix everything by hand or with mixer. If the dough is too firm add more milk (little by little).
- Form rolls on baking sheet by hand.
- Bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes.
