I know this is the type of information that stresses some of us, so I just want to remind you of the last email and how to help regulate your nervous system…

… because I do want to make you aware of the mix of lunacy and idiocy that is happening, especially as it affects our health.

For example, Target puts Bluetooth trackers on shopping baskets to track shoppers.

So just holding a shopping basket exposes us to more Bluetooth / EMFs.

They’ve been doing this for a long time now, and the beacon connects with the Target app on smartphones, as well as with the “smart” LED lights in their stores.

The amount of EMFs we run into just for going shopping is insane, and the constant want of corporations to track our every move is pretty sickening to me.

And yes, it is one of the many reasons I always wear my Aires Tech pendant, because it helps calm the EMF chaos so my health doesn’t have to take a hit for it.

But Target isn’t the only store doing sh!tty things, Walmart has rolled out its digital price tags…

… and while they’ve shared customer data (for those who bought something) for a long time now, they now also share data about customer behavior without purchases made.

But it isn’t just those who use Walmart’s platform, which states that they will collect everything from name, address, phone number, geolocation, biometric data, criminal records, number of children, photos, household income, etc…

… they track us in the store as well.

To avoid it, you’ll have to pay cash, not connect to their wifi, delete the app, and I’d turn off Bluetooth as well.

Actually, I’m sick of companies thinking it’s fine to do this, so I have a faraday bag from Shield Your Body that my phone and car fob goes into so that none of it is detectable.

It’s the SLNT Faraday Sling Bag from Shield Your Body, because it completely blocks all wireless signals – totally untraceable, untrackable, and unhackable.

I tested it, putting my phone in and calling it – straight to voicemail; sent a text – didn’t get to my phone until I took it out of the bag; car key fob in it, car couldn’t detect it.

And I do want to be clear, it’s not just these two companies, Kroger has been using retail loyalty programs to collect data on shoppers.

Some people wonder what’s the big deal about having your data collected…

… well, online there are already stores that will up their price just because they know you’ll buy it anyway – I believe we should all get the same price for the same item.

I feel privacy is an absolute must, but it’s being invaded by all of these companies.

And honestly, let’s call what all the data collection and tracking is, surveillance.

I’m not ok with surveillance, I do know history.

Plus, there are data brokers who buy up all of this electronic information and sell it to federal government and police.

This is the workaround to a law from 2015 that was meant to keep federal agencies from collecting U.S. citizen data in bulk.

And of course, AI is being used to leverage all of our information even more.

Which brings me to the problem of AI.

I’ve talked about the water pollution, water consumption, air pollution, EMF pollution, and noise pollution of the data centers for AI.

Like that time a Meta data center flushed bacteria-contaminated water into public sewers while constructing an AI data center in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

And we covered how ChatGPT led a teenager to commit suicide.

Yet, as time passes, more issues show up.

By now, AI agents have learned to cheat and lie, have hijacked websites, hacked companies, and are leaving notes to themselves for evading human controls.

And if you want to revisit how AI is problematic to our kids, read this here.

So between the data collection, environmental detriment, actual loss of human life, and the lying etc, when will humans say enough is enough?

Even employees of AI companies are now worried that we’re gambling with our lives, that AI could kill humans.

I realize that the AI issue isn’t as easy as deleting the store app, using private windows when shopping online, or putting your devices in a Faraday bag when you’re out.

But some of the steps we can take is not use AI, stand up against even more data centers, and letting companies know we’re not ok with them pushing it on us.

They started this cycle of forcing AI on us, telling us we want it, while enough of us say no, and they keep putting up data centers because “we want it,” as we tell them no…

… and there are those who believe it, that everyone must be using it so they will, too.

This weird runaround reminds me of 2020 actually, another piece of history I wish we’d all just learn from already and not repeat in any way shape or form.

So yes, between the extra EMFs, non-stop data collection on us, and how it all adds to environmental pollution, as well as loss of human life, I think these are very much a necessary part of our conversations about health.

And again, if you’re stressed, go outside into the sunshine and ground yourself, let your nervous system calm down.
