Tapioca Rolls

Health Unlimited Recipes - Tapioca Rolls

Being from Germany, we really love our breads and rolls. These rolls, because of the psyllium husk, have very a nice consistency. They are great fresh, but you can also toast them if you want to emjoy them a couple of days later.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup Tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup Psyllium husks
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
  • Mix dry ingredients with spatula
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2/3 cup Milk

Directions:

  1. Mix everything by hand or with mixer. If the dough is too firm add more milk (little by little).
  2. Form rolls on baking sheet by hand.
  3. Bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes.
