Aluminum and Sweating

How many times this week have you had the chance to sweat?

I know many people actually try really hard not to sweat…

… but sweating is a way that the body can get rid of toxins…

… it mimics a fever so it can help balance pathogen loads…

… it supports healthy skin by getting blood flow to the skin.

It’s interesting that sweating is so demonized in this society.

Aside from anti-perspirants, there are even botox procedures and oral medications to stop people from sweating.

That is absolute insanity because sweating helps get rid of toxins, and with those actions they’re actively putting toxins on/in instead.

So besides the obvious “don’t ever use those,” we want to focus on making sure we sweat at least 3 times per week.

But beyond that even, I want to make another addition:

• When you go sweat, take boron an hour beforehand (I use this one).

We get a lot of aluminum exposure in our lives nowadays, and this one step will help get that back out of the body.

Aluminum is actually in many anti-perspirants, but also happens to be some of the stuff they spray into the skies, is in vaccines, is in aluminum foil, pots, pans, etc.

While we definitely want to cut out the anti-perspirants and the pots, pans, vaccines etc, we don’t have that control over what is sprayed into the sky.

This is where boron comes in (in the right format: as usual the form / what it’s attached to / how it’s sourced makes the difference between working or not).

When you take boron, it actually helps your body effectively kick aluminum out when you are sweat.

This is so so so so so important because aluminum:

Harms the brain (there are links to Alzheimer’s)
Seems to contribute to the rising prevalence of autism (because aluminum content is extraordinarily high in people with autism)
Is found in human breast tissue and can be connected with breast cancer incidence
Can cause bone disorders
Harms any tissue such as kidneys, liver, lungs, thyroid
Can mimic estrogen (acting as a metalloestrogen)

The short of it is, there is no safe amount of aluminum in the human body…

… because of this, we need to make sure we take the steps to get aluminum out.

And don’t get me wrong, sweating isn’t just about aluminum, sweating gets rid of other toxins as well.

But right here, I wanted to suggest the idea of adding boron into our toolkit for maximizing sweating benefits.

And really, anything that gets you sweating can count, but we want to go for that serious sweat, so things such as the following are great options:

Sauna
Hot baths (there are times when a fever mimicking bath can be a good option)
Exercise (whatever level works for you, but don’t push to the point of stressing out your body completely)

Ok, now that we’re all on the same page about how important sweating is, how are you gonna sweat this week?
