Catching Up on Everything

I’ve got some bits and pieces I want to mention, and none are enough to do an entire email about. So this an accumulation of things…

The response to the “Weather Control” email was great, just as a reminder (if you didn’t send that message yet) this is the link for it https://standforhealthfreedom.com/actions/skies/

As a general reminder, since I love recommending people use EFT Tapping in their day to day, you can use it when emotions are big…

… but if that feels like too much in that moment or you just don’t think of it:

-> take time when you’re calm to tap on things that upset you.

I know when we do EFT appointments they are 1 1/2 hours long, that does NOT mean that you need to set a huge chunk of time aside when you use it in your day.

When I talked about skin care, one important thing I forgot to mention is ozonated olive oil!

Ozone oil can be healing for skin, having similar effects as red light therapy, and can be protective before and after sun exposure.

The ozone oil I use is the one from Simply O3: https://www.simplyo3.com/?afmc=HEALTHUNLIMITED

You can use it on small areas as needed, or if a larger area needs to be covered you can dilute it some more in aloe vera gel.

Also, Activation Products (Solaris, Perfect Iodine, Black Cumin, etc) moved their online space to here: https://shop.activationproducts.com/DrK

So please start using this link for Activation Products instead of the old link.

And while I’m on the topic of supplements, some of you already know I started using Fullscript, this is the main link to it: https://us.fullscript.com/welcome/kopitz

Essentially, Fullscript gives you access to a bunch of the brands I recommend (like Global Healing, Quicksilver Scientific, Thorne, Now Foods, etc) but it’s all in one place.

And finally, because this has been showing up repeatedly these past few weeks:

• Start stretching! The people that do are always amazed at how much better they feel when they do this consistently.

  • What that needs to look like will vary from person to person, and maybe you need to switch up your stretches, but stretch!

• Aim for more functional exercise – as in, what do you do in your day to day, how can you mimic that to build strength?

  • The typical moves keep us very linear, our brains and bodies don’t love that. Crossing our midline and using all the planes of movement we have is healing!

Ok, I think that about catches us up on the main things that have been popping up or have been asked the most.

Kickstart your journey towards optimal well-being.
