How are you feeling?

Are you aware of what you’re feeling right now?

You might think it’s weird for me to ask this here, but most of us aren’t aware of how much we’re holding onto.

The other week I had a patient on my adjusting table and her skull was very tight.

I kept working on her but her body was not letting go of the tightness.

I asked her if she was worried about something.

Of course the immediate response was “no.”

I just carefully asked if she’s sure about that…

So then she admitted there was this thing on her mind.

As soon as she told me about it, along with my working on her, that tension released.

Her feelings were affecting her entire physiology (which they always do), and she didn’t even notice.

This is very common, which is why I’m bringing it up.

Are you holding tension anywhere in your body right now?

If yes, do you know why?

Did you know the body holds onto memories?

It’s not just the brain that does this.

Did you know events don’t have to be obviously traumatic to be able to mess with your emotions… it can be based on old patterns…

… that also weren’t from something obviously traumatic…

This is why we need emotional hygiene options that address both body and brain.

For me, this is where EFT tapping comes in.

It’s a really simple technique, that you can use any time, and for deeper stuff you can see a practitioner for it, too.

But in the meantime, it’s a really easy to use technique that works!

It has been shown to help with:

  • Reducing stress levels
  • Improve sleep
  • Lower cortisol
  • Reduce anxiety
  • Reduce pain
  • Increase productivity
  • And more…

EFT can help resolve stuff that we aren’t even aware of but has been holding us back.

During this process, you tap on specific meridian end points which send a safety signal to your brain (you can learn more about it here: http://unlimitedhealthy.com/eft/ ).

With EFT you can process whatever emotions are happening, or go back to specific events and work through those.

I use this technique before I go to bed, thinking about my day to resolve any emotions that I might not have been able to deal with at the time.

I use EFT when I notice my energy shifting in a direction that I consider negative…

…. which then lets me figure out what happened that I feel this way and can then resolve it better.

I use it to help resolve things from my past.

My patients have had awesome results like decreasing anxiety, finally being able to use their voice and feel confident, sleeping better, feeling lighter, etc.

But I also know that not everyone is ready to work with a practitioner on this stuff.

That’s why I created the EFT Tapping Mini Course, which includes:

  • Specific instructional videos on using the technique
  • Extra tapping points you can use
  • Tapping meditation audios you can follow along with
  • The transcripts for the tapping meditations

Topics include:

  • gaining clarity
  • appreciating yourself
  • a quick stress relief tapping
  • dealing with your inner critical voice

Big picture, most of us don’t learn how to handle our emotions…

… but our emotions are supposed to inform us of what’s going on within ourselves and around us.

You’d be surprised how many of us don’t even know how to handle “positive” emotions, let alone the “negative” emotions.

With EFT Tapping, we get to learn how to handle our emotions in a healthy way that supports and helps us.
