So, there are three things I’m really excited about that I want to share with you.
The first two things are ways to reduce plastic exposure!
Glass lemon juicer
I recommend lemon juice all the time, because it’s so healthy!
But when we use plastic lemon juicers, lemons being very acidic, we increase our exposure to plastics.
A quick online search will show you some great glass lemon juicer options!
This is one of those great ways where we can remove the toxin source.
Now you can really enjoy that lemon water.
Just make sure they are organic lemons, and I also make sure to avoid the Apeel sticker ones.
Stainless steel funnels
I used to use the plastic funnels with canning and jam making, etc.
But again, those are plastic, and when using those with something hot or acidic it will increase the risk of plastic exposure.
And again, a quick online search for stainless steel funnels gave me lots of options!
Mobility exercises
We’ve all heard of stretching, yoga, pilates…
And all of those are good!
But have you heard of mobility training?
These are exercises focused on improving the range of motion of your joints.
This, in turn, improves your flexibility, balance, and strength.
Your overall health depends on all of these, including your brain health.
Now, it doesn’t matter how old you are, this is a great addition to whatever exercise you are already enjoying.
Me personally, I really like the ones from Phase Six, because they focus on mobility and natural movement!
And y’all know I’m always about improving health in natural ways that make sense in nature.
