Orange, kiwi, tomatoes, and other nutrient-filled fruits

Continuing our discussion from previous emails and articles on how to support your body so you can be healthy and happy, our focus this time is on vitamin C (yes, again, but with even more new information), zinc, and melatonin.

What do they have in common? They are great antioxidants. Many people are deficient in these. They are also naturally anti-viral!

KEEP IN MIND, I have talked with many of you about how supplementing something your body should produce on its own accord can lead to your body not doing it effectively on its own anymore.

This does apply to melatonin.

Because of this, I consider supplementing with melatonin a valid option if you are sick, not if you are well and just looking to support your body.

There are various factors that effect sleep and hormone production, and if you’d like to know more please check out this article about sleep at http://unlimitedhealthy.com/portfolio/the-importance-of-sleep/

The important thing to keep in mind during these turbulent times is that there are many ways to support your body and your health, and that we are always here to support you.

One of the other important aspects to stay healthy is to make sure you handle any toxins you may be exposed to.

This does include things such as heavy metals, chemicals, parasites, mold, and elevated stress.
